Congrats on your pregnancy!!! What you eat and drink during pregnancy is your baby’s main source of nourishment! This program helps you in reaching a healthier lifestyle during your pregnancy where it will include a variety of healthy foods to provide the important nutrients you and your baby need, especially for your little one’s growth and development.
I will teach you about the important nutrients that are needed on a daily basis by incorporating them into your meal plan while helping you gain the right amount of weight you need during each trimester! And if exercise is part of your pregnancy journey, which is even better, I will make sure you are supporting it with the right foods in order to fuel your body and boost your energy.
In addition, I will be sharing with you some healthy whole delicious recipes that are filled with beneficial nutrients for your pleasure. I will also teach you what should be limited during pregnancy in order to keep you and your baby on the right track!
