These cupcakes are super easy to make, delicious to have with a cup of ☕️ or 🍵 and loaded with nutrients and energy !! 💃🏻
• Not high in calories and do contain some protein to keep you satiated 🥰
• Preheat your oven to 170 degrees Celsius.
Mix dry ingredients first:
🧁 1 cup oat flour or All-purpose flour
🧁 1/2 cup cocoa powder
🧁 1 tsp baking soda
🧁 1 tsp baking power
🧁 2 tsp cinnamon
🧁 pinch of salt
Mix wet ingredients together:
🧁 3 medium ripe bananas, mashed
🧁 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (low fat or normal)
🧁 1/3 cup + 2 tbsp honey
🧁 1 egg
🧁 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
🧁 2 tsp orange zest (optional)
👉🏻Mix both wet and dry ingredients together!!
👉🏻 Prepare a cupcake baking tray by spreading some olive oil on tahini on
👉🏻 Pour the mixture
👉🏻 Bake for 30min or until a toothpick comes out clean!!
