Power-up Protein Smoothie

You can enjoy this smoothie in hot summer days as a snack, quick breakfast idea, or even a go-to quick meal whenever you are in a hurry.๐Ÿคฉ Itโ€™s made of natural ingredients, full of antioxidants, good amount of fiber and protein !

In a blender add:

๐Ÿ“ 2 tsp chia seeds
๐Ÿ“ 3/4 cup skimmed milk 
๐Ÿ“ 120g low fat Greek yogurt 
๐Ÿ“ 5 cut strawberries 
๐Ÿ“ 1 frozen banana 
๐Ÿ“ 1 tbsp peanut butter 
๐Ÿ“ 1 tsp vanilla extract or stevia 

To make it even more refreshing, you can add 2 ice cubes and blend all the mixture together! This protein smoothie contains around 25g of protein!!

Blend all the ingredients together, pour them in a smoothie cup and Voila!

These cupcakes are super easy to make, delicious to have with a cup of โ˜•๏ธ or ๐Ÿต and loaded with nutrients and energy !! ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿป
โ€ข Not high in calories and do contain some protein to keep you satiated ๐Ÿฅฐ
โ€ข Preheat your oven to 170 degrees Celsius.
Mix dry ingredients first:
๐Ÿง 1 cup oat flour or All-purpose flour
๐Ÿง 1/2 cup cocoa powder
๐Ÿง 1 tsp baking soda
๐Ÿง 1 tsp baking power
๐Ÿง 2 tsp cinnamon
๐Ÿง pinch of salt
Set aside

Mix wet ingredients together:
๐Ÿง 3 medium ripe bananas, mashed
๐Ÿง 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (low fat or normal)
๐Ÿง 1/3 cup + 2 tbsp honey
๐Ÿง 1 egg
๐Ÿง 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
๐Ÿง 2 tsp orange zest (optional)

๐Ÿ‘‰๐ŸปMix both wet and dry ingredients together!!
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿป Prepare a cupcake baking tray by spreading some olive oil on tahini on
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿป Pour the mixture
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿป Bake for 30min or until a toothpick comes out clean!!

Hereโ€™s one my mom @sam.hamod and I prepared for youu to enjoy as a snack idea or breakfast idea ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿป๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿป

I had mine for breakfast with some Greek yogurt on the side (to โฌ†๏ธ my protein intake) and they tasted too good !!

The smell once itโ€™s out of the oven is just ๐Ÿคค

They turned out to be super yummy, and the best part is that they also contain a good amount of protein ! Per muffin, there is around 6g of protein!
