
During my university when I was majoring in Nutrition and Dietetics, I attended a sports nutrition class and just fell in love! In parallel, I also started resistance training and got hooked for good! This is where I got interested in being a certified Sports Nutritionist and Personal Trainer.
And I finally unveiled the secret of eating!
I think we all agree that food is life! It is our ultimate source of energy. It fuels our mental and physical health, and specifically fuels our body for exercise and training.
In my perspective, I learned how to see food in a different way, where proper nutrition really enhances body composition and physical performance.
Training increases my energy levels and makes me feel like anything is possible!
Consuming nutritious whole foods helps me reach my fitness goals and that is why I want to help and motivate you to reach your healthy lifestyle as well!
